Payment is collected when an order is placed, for both the Custom Website and Using AI options. Once payment is completed, we begin building the website. Customers review the completed website and may request revisions as described below; once the website is approved, work may begin on launch, hosting setup, domain connection, or additional requested services.

6. Revisions

Revision availability depends on the selected plan. Revision requests must remain within the original scope of the project. Major redesigns, additional pages, or significant changes may require additional fees.

8. Customer Responsibilities

9. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

Customers retain ownership of content they provide. Upon full payment, customers receive ownership of the completed website design and website content created specifically for their project, excluding third-party licensed materials, plugins, themes, stock assets, or external services subject to separate licensing terms.

10. Domain Names & Hosting

Customers may use their own domain name or request domain registration services through us. Hosting services may be provided directly or through third-party providers. Customers remain responsible for renewing domains, hosting subscriptions, or related third-party services unless otherwise agreed.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Because payment is collected upfront to begin work, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis before launch or related services begin. Once a website is approved, payment is completed, and launch or related services begin, refunds may not be available.

12. Limitation of Liability

GetWebsiteNow is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, service interruptions, third-party service failures, customer-provided content issues, or damages resulting from misuse of the website or services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
